Using the Visual Preview Tool in the Gang Sheet Builder

The Visual Preview option lets you change the canvas background color while preparing your gang sheet. Adjusting the background helps you see light or white artwork more clearly and improves placement accuracy before submitting your order.

Step-by-Step: Changing the Canvas Background

  1. Open the builder and access the Settings menu from the main workspace.
  2. Find the option called Visual Preview (or background display).
  3. Select a color using the color picker to modify the sheet background.
  4. Choose a color that contrasts with your artwork so edges, outlines, and small details are easier to notice.
Helpful Tip: Use a darker background when working with white or very light graphics. Better contrast makes alignment issues, borders, or missing elements easier to detect before sending the file for printing.
