Pressing Instructions
DTF Pressing Instructions:
- Use a lint roller to clean the shirt.
- Pre-press the shirt for 5-7 seconds to remove moisture.
- Place the design on the shirt.
- Press using the settings below.
- Peeling:
- Hot Peel Film: Peel after 5-10 seconds. Do not let it cool.
- Cold Peel Film: Let it cool completely before peeling.
- Post-press for 5 seconds.
Tip: Use a Teflon sheet on top for best results.
DTF Press Settings
Use medium to high pressure.
Temps may vary by equipment and environment.
Cotton & 50/50 Blends
| Temp: | 150-160°C |
| Temp. Compensation: | 15°C |
| Heatpress Time: | 10-15 sec |
Polyester & Synthetic Fabrics
| Temp: | 130-140°C |
| Temp. Compensation: | 15°C |
| Heatpress Time: | 10-15 sec |
Your heat press should be at medium to firm pressure.
Recommended pressure: 4-5 bar (58-72 PSI)
DTF PEELING
Hot Peel: (our printed film are hot peel)
Peel 5-10 seconds after pressing.
Cold Peel:
Peel when cool to the touch.
DTF Care Instructions
Storage:
- Keep transfers dry (Ziploc bags work best).
- Add silica gel packets in the Ziploc.
NOTE: Moisture will ruin your DTF transfer.
Garment Washing:
- Wash warm.
- Tumble dry on delicate.
- Do not iron designs directly (iron inside-out if needed).
