Refund Policy
HOW TO RETURN A DTFZONE TRANSFER ORDER
- Request an RMA Number — Email cs@dtfzone.com with your order date, items you wish to return, photos of the issue, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Mark Your Package Clearly — Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
- Defective transfers only
- Transfers that do not adhere to fabric properly
- Transfers that crack within 1–2 washes
- Misprinted transfers
Important Notes
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.
- DTFZONE’s responsibility ends once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
- No refund will be issued for orders lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
WHAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR REPRINTED
- Color shifts due to customer-submitted artwork
- Pixelated images from low-quality graphics
- Print containing design or spelling errors submitted by the customer
- Prints with visible white outlines or halos due to semi-transparent artwork
- Transfers damaged during shipping
- Gang sheets with warping, ghosting, or other issues submitted by the customer
RETURN DEADLINES
- Refund, exchange, or store credit must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
- Items not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not reimburse shipping fees.
- Insurance companies may refund the value of the product but not the shipping costs.
