HOW TO RETURN A DTFZONE TRANSFER ORDER

  1. Request an RMA Number — Email cs@dtfzone.com with your order date, items you wish to return, photos of the issue, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  2. Mark Your Package Clearly — Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Important Notes

  • Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • DTFZONE’s responsibility ends once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
  • No refund will be issued for orders lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
