Shipping Carriers

Our primary shipping partners are DHL shipping worldwide and the Mauritius Post Office. For local deliveries within Mauritius, we may also use trusted third-party delivery services, which are often faster, safer, and more cost-effective. These local couriers will contact you directly regarding delivery.

Estimated vs. Actual Shipping Costs

Shipping rates shown during checkout are estimates. DTFZONE will cover the actual shipping cost up to 120% of the amount paid by the customer at the time of order.

Additional Charges

If the actual shipping cost exceeds 120% of what was paid, DTFZONE reserves the right to:

Invoice the customer for the difference, or
Offer a more economical shipping alternative.

Delivery Delays

DTFZONE is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, including DHL, Mauritius Post, or third-party delivery services. While we strive to ensure timely dispatch of all orders, transit times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier capacity.
