Uploading Designs to Your Gallery / Managing Artwork in the DTFZONE Builder

This guide explains how to upload, organize, and manage your design files inside your gallery. After completing these steps, your artwork will be available for quick selection when building gang sheets.

Step-by-Step: Adding and Organizing Files

1. From your dashboard, open the Settings or Builder section.
2. Enter the Gang Sheet Builder area from the main menu.
3. Open the Gallery / Images tab to access your artwork library.
4. Adjust the preview thumbnail if needed so the design displays clearly.
5. Select Upload Images and choose files from your computer or device.
6. Pick a category where the designs should be stored to keep your gallery organized.
7. Add keywords or labels (tags) to help you search and filter designs later.
8. Upload multiple files at once to save time when adding large collections.
9. Select any category from the sidebar to view the available artwork.
10. Once saved, the designs will appear in the builder and can be used in customer layouts.
