A DTF Transfer (Direct to Film) is a digitally printed heat transfer used to decorate almost any fabric. Your design is printed on a special PET film and applied to garments using a heat press. Ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more.

A gang sheet is a printable sheet that is 56 cm wide, where you can place multiple designs to save cost. You arrange them in a row – as long as they fit within the 56 cm width, you’re only paying for the length of the sheet.

We print and prepare your orders by 5:00 PM the next business day (Monday to Friday).

Pickups are ready the same day once order notified, before 1:00 PM.

Orders can be cancelled or edited before they enter production. Once printing has started, changes cannot be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

If you receive prints with quality issues, please contact our customer service team at cs@dtfzone.com with photos of the affected transfers. We will review and resolve the issue promptly, whether through a reprint or refund as per our refund policy.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Once shipped, use the tracking number provided in your dispatch notification email. For local deliveries, contact the courier service directly. For international shipments, track via DHL or Mauritius Post’s online tracking systems.

Check out our Artwork Considerations page for detailed guidelines on preparing your designs for DTF printing. We recommend using PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI resolution in RGB color mode.

We do not recommend using a household iron for DTF transfers. A heat press provides consistent temperature and pressure across the entire design, which is essential for proper adhesion and durability. An iron cannot replicate these conditions reliably. Please refer to our Pressing Instructions for recommended equipment and settings.
