REFUND POLICY

HOW TO RETURN A DTFZONE TRANSFER ORDER:

1. Request an RMA Number:

Before returning any items, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at cs@dtfzone.com with the following details:

  • Your order date.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • Photos of any defective product(s).
  • The reason for your return.

2. Mark Your Package Clearly:

Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of the return parcel.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED:

We accept returns only for defective transfers. Defective items may include:

  • Transfers that do not adhere to fabric properly
  • Transfers that crack within 1–2 washes
  • Misprinted transfers

Important Notes:

  • All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Items showing any signs of use or wear will not be accepted.
  • DTFZONE’s responsibility ends once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REPRINTED

We do not accept returns or offer reprints for the following:

  • Transfers with color shifts due to customer-submitted artwork
  • Pixelated images resulting from low-quality graphics provided by the customer
  • Prints containing design or spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Prints with visible white outlines/halos due to semi-transparent artwork
  • Transfers damaged during shipping by the courier
  • Gang sheets with overlaps, ghosting, or other issues approved/submitted by the customer

RETURN DEADLINES

  • Returns for a refund, exchange, or store credit must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your purchase.
  • No returns will be accepted after 15 days.
  • Items not in original packaging are not eligible for return.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not reimburse shipping fees.
  • Please note: Insurance companies may refund the value of the items purchased, but not shipping costs.
